"Cannot say enough good things about Eck's Air. When our a/c unit caught fire (not joking) in 2009 in a terrible heat wave, Marc and his guys responded quickly, got us a new unit for a reasonable price, and were prompt, professional, and helpful! Last week, when our unit stopped working (a blown fuse), Marc fit us in to his incredibly busy schedule because we were repeat customers, and the cost was minimal. Our a/c was back up and running within 24 hours. Highly recommend them!! Thank you, Marc!"

"We had a unit installed 4 years ago for a good, honest price compared to Princeton Air, at least. Then we had our home inspected prior to moving last week. 1 little cap was missing and they came out to address it the next day for no charge. it was great to see them on top of things so quickly even 4 years later when no money was involved. very impressed overall."

"We had a slow leaking of water from our air system in our basement the past week or so when we turned the A/C on the second time this summer, hot season. Towels changed in a small area 3 times a day , patrol shared by my wife and me. Fortunately washer and dryer only 10 ft. away from leak. Eck Air had put a new system in for us back in 2002, working with the ductwork we have had since we moved into our house back in 1986. He made total sense with his estimate and work back then with his turnkey approach. Mark Eck, who was outstanding back when he sold that system and made sure the new system outside reworked with our system in the basement, existing ductwork and ducts in rooms, showed up today within the 2 hour timeframe we agreed upo a few days ago. I chose the day and time based on Mark and my work schedule. Within a short time frame after Mark arrived this morning, , he diagnosed the cause of our problem, fixed it, and for a very fair payment, was on his way to the next customer in this heat wave. He made a few suggestions for us to do after checking out our outside system. 5 minutes cutting with our weed loppers that grew over A/C system outside and when to replace the air filter when inside of basement unit dries in a day or 2. Mark was as honest as he was 11years ago. Made total sense like back then and his price is still more than fair, even for a service call. My wife and I jokingly call Mark Eck, Professor of the air conditioning system. He even found a minute or 2 to try to have fun with Mikey, our 6 year old rescue dog. Thanks Eck Air (again)!
